Delivery was booked for 19:20; however we did not receive our food until after 20:20. One full hour. No compensation or offer provided for the significant delay. We were on the verge of asking for a full refund and then order from another take away provider.

The food quality was great but unfortunately due to late delivery it wasn't as hot as we would have liked.
